Streets + Landscaping Permits

Campus + Community Planning issues permits for street, landscape and infrastructure changes within the public space.

The Streets and Landscaping Permits process ensures that any proposed changes comply with the Land Use Plan, Vancouver Campus Plan, Neighbourhood Plans, and campus guidelines and standards. Where appropriate, the public and the academic community are consulted.

Terms + Conditions

Campus+Community Planning provides Terms and Conditions that outline the responsibilities of applicants. From construction site safety, clean-up and traffic management to noise control and streetscape restoration, the document formalizes the agreement between UBC and the permit applicant.
