Development and Building Review, Approvals and Permits

Campus + Community Planning regulates the design and construction of buildings, structures, and the public realm throughout UBC Vancouver’s academic and neighbourhood lands. Permits are required for new construction, renovations, modifications to public spaces, and changes to land use or business operations on campus.
