Celebrate Family Day weekend by bringing your entire family to the 3rd Annual Kids Take Over UBC on Sunday, February 16.
This latest UBC Family Day tradition has its roots in Takeover Day, which is a celebration of children and young people’s contributions to museums, galleries, arts organizations, archives and heritage sites first launched in the UK. On the UBC campus, kids and youth will take on adult-sized roles, working alongside staff and volunteers to participate and promote arts and culture.
