Whether you’re a regular cyclist or a novice, Bike to Work Week is a great way to get healthy while reducing your carbon footprint. This event takes place twice every year, once in the spring and once in the fall. The next event will take place from September 27 – October 3. Stay tuned to this page for further details.
Gather your Team
You’re encouraged to gather your colleagues and compete as a team for a chance to be awarded the coveted UBC trophy! This fall, we will be changing the way we award the winning team by looking at overall team participation and activity levels instead of total trips logged. There are a number of teams registered in Bike to Work Week with less than three people. To encourage those teams to get coworkers to join in, we will be looking at the average trips per rider on teams with five or more people. So gather your colleagues and start cycling!
