UBC Neighbourhood Planning

The same qualities that make a great place to live – vibrant public areas, convenient access to public transportation, a beautiful walking and bicycling environment – also make a great place to learn.

UBC uses its land to support a vibrant community, provide homes for faculty, staff, students and more, and to generate revenue to support the academic mission.
