Wesbrook Place South Lot 8 & 9 - DP26024

UBC Properties Trust has applied for a Development Permit for lot 8 and 9 located at the junction of Wesbrook Mall and Binning Avenue in the Wesbrook Place neighbourhood. The project comprises a 30-storey mixed-use concrete tower with a two-level podium containing commercial space and a child care centre, with 28 storeys of market rental above. It also includes a six-storey wood-frame market rental building with a public child care centre at ground level. Both served by two levels of underground parking. A total of 495 market rental homes are proposed.
