Event details
- The start is on East Mall in front of Irving K Barber Learning Centre
- The finish is located in University Commons and will include a safety perimeter
- Sound system will be used at the start and finish lines
- Prepackaged snacks to be serviced to event participants
- Beer sampling to persons 19+
- Public transit detours during the event until 1pm, see TransLink website for more information
- Pedestrian impacts on Main Mall from Crescent Road to Agronomy Road and on Agricultural Road from Main Mall to East Mall

Road Impacts - Oct 28 from 7 am - 1 pm
- Full Road Closures
- East Mall - University Boulevard to Chan Centre Access (access to Chan loading bay will be provided)
- Crescent Road - East Mall to West Mall
- NW Marine Drive - West Mall to 16th Avenue
- University Boulevard - Main Mall to NW Marine Drive
- Lower Mall - Memorial Road to University Boulevard
- West Mall - University Boulevard to NW Marine Drive
- Memorial Road - East Mall to Lower Mall
- Lane Closures
- SW Marine Drive - all southbound lanes closed from 16th Avenue to Kullahun Drive*
- Old Marine Drive - southbound lane closed, limited northbound traffic will be able to turn onto Old Marine Drive from SW Marine Drive (as gaps in runners permit)
*Access to UBC Botanical Gardens from Stadium Road via gaps in runners.
*Recommended access in/out of Wesbrook Place is via 16th Avenue at Wesbrook Mall to connect into Vancouver since SW Marine Drive will be closed southbound/eastbound into Vancouver.
*Access in/out of Hospice via East Mall at Stadium Road.
