Event details
- Event Setup: Friday, June 16, 2023 at 9am
- Event Takedown: Friday, June 16, 2023, immediately after the event until 10pm
- Participants / Spectators: 1100 participants / 300 spectators
- Registration required
- Fencing, tents, tables, portables and BBQs set up at Stadium parking lot
- Sound system will be used at levels that will not impact Hospice or nearby residents
- To minimize disruption to Hawthorn residents, Main Mall greenway from Thunderbird Blvd. to Stadium Road to be designated as a “quiet”, “no cheer” and “no water” zone
- Emergency access will be maintained at all times
- Access to St. John Hospice will be via West Mall (not Stadium Road). During the event vehicles at the at the intersection of Stadium Road and West Mall will be stopped by traffic control and hospice visitors will need to identify themselves. Access will be permitted as quickly as possible.
- Access to residences along West Mall will be from the southbound lane through gaps in runners

Road Closures
- 6:00pm – 7:10pm: East Mall southbound closed from Eagles Drive to W 16th Ave
- 6:00pm – 8:15pm: Stadium Road eastbound lane closed from SW Marine Drive to West Mall
- 6:00pm – 8:45pm: Stadium Road closed from East Mall to West Mall
- 6:15pm – 8:15 pm: West Mall northbound lane closed from Stadium Road to Stores Road
- 6:15 pm – 8:15pm: Stores Road closed from Main Mall to West Mall
