UBC Properties Trust has applied to the University of British Columbia for a Development Permit to convert the existing 71.23 sq. m. (766.79 sq. ft.) residential amenity room to a new commercial retail unit (tenant not yet confirmed) and outdoor patio at Central, 6015 University Boulevard.
