UBC Project Services has applied for a Development Permit for the development of UNA Works Yard located on Imperial Trail, off Nursery Road, to support the full range of operational needs of UNA.
The project will accommodate nursery operations, laydown and storage areas, tool and equipment storage, irrigation parts storage, a site trailer for office use, and designated staff and fleet parking. As part of the project, the existing UNA Works Yard will be decommissioned, with all equipment and materials removed to prepare the site for future redevelopment.
The total site area is approximately 2,820 m2
