This catalogue provides you with a high-level overview of many prominent spaces within the public realm at UBC, to help inform your event planning process. Some spaces may be temporarily unavailable and cannot be booked. This may be due to a variety of reasons, such as maintenance or construction. Please visit a space’s specific web page to determine if your event date falls within an unavailability period.

Step 2: For in-depth information about a particular space, click the boxes below the map.
- Spaces are sorted from largest to smallest, in bookable surface area.
- Availability is subject to scheduling and approval, upon your submission of the Outdoor Event Application.
