Event details
- Setup Date and Time: Thursday, April 11, 2024 from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm and Friday, April 12, 2024 from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
- Takedown Date and Time: Immediately after the event until 2:00 am (April 13) and Saturday, April 13, 2023 from 8:00 am – 2:00 pm
Registration is required
- Alcohol will be served; 19+ event only
- DJ and music to contain family friendly lyrics
- Food trucks will be on site as approved by Vancouver Coastal Health
- Fencing will be placed around perimeter of event
- Staging and sound system to be set up
- Tents, food trucks, boothing and portables to be set up
- South portion of the Bosque to be used for back of house
- Sound check will take place on April 12 from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm, and from 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
