Event details
- Food will be served to the public (prepackaged bars, fruit, energy drinks), no alcohol
- Power-boosted sound system will be in use at levels heard in immediate area around University Common only
- First aid will be on site at various locations across participant route map
- Start / finish and transition activity in University Common
- Event fencing, equipment or tenting throughout the course
- Emergency vehicle access will be maintained at all times
- Unimpeded access to Hawthorn neighbourhood to/from the north and west via NW Marine Drive and Agronomy Road. Access available to/from the east along Thunderbird Blvd at East Mall through gaps in cyclists only.
- Hawthorn Place to be a "quiet zone" with no water stops or spectators
- Access to Hospice via West Mall at Stadium Road at all times.

- SW Marine Dr northbound lanes will be CLOSED from W16th Ave to Stadium Rd
