To ensure UBC has an accurate dataset of number of residential units on campus, we require all development managers of Major Non-Institutional projects to submit a complete and final set of addresses with unit numbers for their development site. This must be done just before occupancy since it is tied to the occupancy checklist. Occupancy will not be granted until this dataset is received and approved. There is a template to be followed, accessible from the link below in the step by step instructions.

This process is only required for Major Non-Institutional projects
Step 1: Download and complete the Address Dataset Spreadsheet. This form must be saved as a valid spreadsheet file (e.g. .csv, .xls).
Step 2: Complete the Address Dataset Submittal Form below and upload your completed Address Dataset Spreadsheet.
Step 3: Your submission will be reviewed by staff. If they have any questions or concerns they will reach out to you directly.
