- Food will be served by food trucks with approved permits
- Alcohol will be not be served on Friday, November 1, 2024 - all ages
- Alcohol will be served on Saturday, November 2, 2024 - 19+ event
- Sound system will be used by DJ. Lyrics will be family friendly and no hate speech.

- Purpose: To create a safe and festive environment for UBC students to dress up and celebrate Halloween, outdoors, close to home on the UBC campus.
