The proposal is for a 30,163 m2 academic and student housing hub straddling the 6100 Block of Walter Gage Road. This project comprises an 18-storey north tower and 13-storey south tower that will provide up to 600 student beds, associated Student Housing and Community Services functions, and a mix of academic and institutional space.
