Imagine

• Meet Ups/lunch locations from 7am to 1:30pm – various outdoor areas
  • Information booths to be set up
  • Food provided as approved by VCH
• Pep Rally from 2pm to 3pm at Doug Mitchell Thunderbird Arena
  • Road closures as identified in traffic management plan below
• Main Event from 1pm to 4:30pm –along Main Mall from Agricultural Road to Agronomy Road (zones #3-#12) as identified in map below
  • Booths set up along the boulevards of Main Mall, not to exceed the benches to maintain emergency access
  • Standard power draw only as where required
  • Food provided as approved by VCH
  • No alcohol
• Sound system may be used at lower levels for announcements

Road Closures:

• Crescent Road will be closed from East Mall to east side of circular at Flag Pole Plaza from 9am to 3pm.
• See road closure map below for road closures from 1:15-2pm and 2:45-3:30pm. Northbound traffic at East Mall and Stadium Road will be detoured to Stadium Road.
