ROAD CLOSURES
- 6:00pm – 7:10pm East Mall southbound CLOSED from Eagles Drive to 16th Avenue
- 6:00pm – 8:15pm Stadium Rd eastbound CLOSED from SW Marine Drive to West Mall
- 6:00pm – 8:45pm Stadium Road fully CLOSED from East Mall to West Mall
- 6:15pm – 8:15pm West Mall northbound CLOSED from Stadium Rd to Stores Rd
- 6:15pm- 8:15pm Stores Road CLOSED from Main Mall to West Mall
Other Impacts:
- There will be no parking on East Mall from Eagles to West 16th

Event details
- Setup Date and Time: Friday, June 13, 2025 at 8:00am
- Takedown Date and Time: immediately after the event until 10:00pm
- Registration required
- Fencing, tents, tables, portables and BBQs set up at Stadium parking lot
- Food service as approved by Vancouver Coastal Health
- Alcohol to be served following the race
- Sound system will be used at the finish line to announce runners and awards and play music (family appropriate) at levels that will not impact Hospice or nearby residents
- To minimize disruption to Hawthorn residents, Main Mall greenway from Thunderbird Blvd. to Stadium Road to be designated as a “quiet”, “no cheer” and “no water” zone
- First aid on site
- Inflatables and kids play area
- Emergency access to be maintained at all times
- To access St. John Hospice, use the southbound lane on West Mall to Stadium Road then identify yourself to the flagger as a visitor or staff to the Hospice, access will be permitted as quickly as possible
- Access to neighbourhood residences along West Mall will be from the southbound lane, through gaps in runners
