The COVID-19 booster clinic on the UBC Point Grey campus is in the Life Sciences Centre at 2350 Health Sciences Mall. For more information about booking appointment and clinic hours, please go to the Vancouver Coastal Health website, please do not call Campus and Community Planning for inquiries about the clinic. After you book your appointment, please plan your trip in advance using the following information:
Public Transit – The Life Sciences Centre is well situated for access to public transit. There are bus stops nearby on Wesbrook Mall for the 33, 49, 25 and the R4 Rapid Bus and the UBC Bus Exchange is less than a 10-minute walk away along Wesbrook Mall. To plan your trip use TransLink’s trip planning tool.
Driving – If you are planning to drive or get dropped-off and picked-up for your appointment, use the Thunderbird Parkade at 6085 Thunderbird Boulevard, which is a two-minute walk to the Life Sciences Centre. There is no safe, designated space for pick-up / drop-off outside of the building. To avoid creating congestion and safety issues, there is free 1-hour parking available within the Thunderbird Parkade for clinic patients, which can be used by friends or family waiting as well. Follow signs and staff in the parkade.
Biking – Biking to your appointment is a great alternative to driving. There are plenty of bike racks along the south side of the building on Agronomy Road or right across the street and great bike routes to get to the UBC campus. Check out the latest regional bike map to plan your trip to your appointment.
Walking – For those living on campus, walking is the best option to get to your appointment. All neighbourhoods on campus are within a 10 – 15-minute walk of the Life Sciences Centre.
