Wesbrook Place Lot BCR 7 - DP24018

UBC Properties Trust has applied for a Development Permit for lot BCR 7 on Wesbrook Mall in the Wesbrook Place neighbourhood. The application includes five buildings. Along Wesbrook Mall: a 14-storey market rental residential tower with 2-storey townhomes at the base and a 6-storey faculty/staff rental building. Along the east side of the lot, adjacent to the new park: three 6-storey faculty/staff rental buildings with 2-storey townhomes at the base of each. A total of 303 units will be provided with 2.5 levels of underground parking. The total building area: 21,784.1 sq. m (234,481.7 sq. ft.)
