Description
The principal use of the project will be as a student residence comprising 350 beds for the housing of first and second year students consisting of private rooms and shared uses such as lounges and washrooms. A single-storey amenity building accommodates the residence-wide amenities including the house lounges and laundry facilities.
In the summer session, the facility will operate as accommodation for conference attendees.
